Freight for each order is calculated using the following methodologies. One or more of these methodologies may apply within a single order as our products are produced & dispatched from various suppliers & locations.  

• If an order contains any quantity of pens, a flat rate of $25 applies for delivery throughout Australia.

• If an order contains any quantity of mousepads, a flat rate of $25 applies for delivery throughout Australia.

• All other items have their total weight summed and freight is calculated based on the destination. 

Each state has a fixed cost and a variable per kilogram rate which is added to the fixed cost.

Example: An order contains pens, mousepads and 15kg of printed items going to NSW, the total freight would be;

Pens = $25 + Mousepads = $25 + NSW Fixed = $18.59 + NSW Per KG ($1.08) x 15 = $16.20 

The total amount equals $84.79 inclusive of GST.

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel. Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. Please ensure you or someone else is home to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, please enter a business address for daytime delivery.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).
